We do not offer package deals because package deals do not fit the range of facilities we clean. A 3,000 sq ft medical suite on Baseline Road and a 28,000 sq ft light-industrial building off 51st Avenue need different scope structures, different frequencies and different chemistry. Packaging them together means one is over-cleaned and one is under-cleaned.
Instead, the walkthrough produces a scope document that lists each area, each task and the frequency. That document is the contract. If the scope needs to change — a new tenant, a renovation, a seasonal adjustment — we update the document and the price together, before the change takes effect.
